RevOps Technical System Analyst (Costa Rica Only - Remote)

📋 Description

• Own, implement, and optimize the revenue tech stack for GTM.
• Manage revenue tools (Gong, Clari, ZoomInfo/Ringlead) and renewals.
• Design CRM and data workflows; collaborate with Salesforce admins on data hygiene.
• Lead management: automated routing and enrichment for sellers.
• Architect API integrations; ensure data quality and governance.
• Educate GTM teams on workflows and tool features; drive adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years RevOps/CRM or revenue tech experience.
• 3+ years Salesforce CRM admin: objects, flows, permissions, lifecycle.
• 2+ years API-based integrations and data quality processes.
• RevTech admin: forecasting, routing, enrichment, automation.
• Integrations: API-based, field mapping, error handling, monitoring.
• Data governance: dedupe, enrichment, data dictionary.
