Rework Technician II

📋 Description

• Perform electrical rework, soldering, troubleshooting, and analysis of PCBAs and other electronic
• Build and assemble prototypes, cable assemblies, test fixtures, and small-scale manufacturing
• Conduct electrical and mechanical product testing, dimensional measurements, and inspections using
• Support failure analysis of engineering prototypes and consumer returns, documenting findings and
• Maintain and organize electrical, mechanical, and automated test labs, including managing parts
• Support engineering development activities including firmware updates, prototype modifications

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant technician, electronics rework, prototyping, manufacturing, engineering lab
• Demonstrated experience with PCBA rework and soldering, including working with fine-pitch
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude with experience in areas such as prototype assembly, product testing
• Experience using measurement, inspection, and troubleshooting equipment such as microscopes
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage equipment, components
• Associate degree in an engineering, science, or technical field, or equivalent combination of
