RF AIT Engineer

📋 Description

• Execute assembly, integration, and testing of RF subsystems (transmitters, antennas, modules)
• Perform system-level RF validation campaigns (antenna patterns, link budgets)
• Lead integration of RF hardware with avionics, power, and thermal subsystems
• Develop and maintain automated Python tests for RF campaigns
• Act as primary technical contact for RF integration issues; root cause analysis
• Review RF work instructions and test procedures for clarity and manufacturability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on RF/microwave integration, testing, or production
• Proficiency with RF test equipment including VNA and Spectrum Analyzers
• Strong Python scripting and automation for test development
• Experience in multidisciplinary engineering with system-level validation
• Deep understanding of satellite communications subsystems and RF payload interfaces
• Proficient English (written and spoken)
