RF & EMC Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the electromagnetic architecture of Helsing's drone platforms from board level to platform
• Define antenna placement, RF interfaces, and embed EMC requirements early in design.
• Coordinate across electronics, mechanical and systems teams to ensure electromagnetic cleanliness

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in RF and EMC engineering within aerospace, UAV or defence programs.
• Hands-on antenna selection/placement and knowledge of radiation patterns and co-site interference.
• Platform-level RF/EMC analysis, testing, and requirement traceability across system hierarchy.
• Experience with radio interfaces, C2 links, datalinks, GNSS/SATCOM is a plus.
• Familiarity with RF test campaigns, DO-160 / MIL-STD-461 style standards a bonus.
• Ability to work across disciplines and guide design teams with clear, rigorous documentation.
