📋 Description

• Own satellite-level verification (functional and end-to-end)
• Lead RF testing and characterization in the anechoic chamber
• Oversee onboard software loading, validation, and checkout
• Manage a multidisciplinary team across RF, systems, and software
• Build scalable verification processes for production growth
• Hands-on leadership on the production floor

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading hands-on test/verification teams
• Strong RF background: components, antennas, waveguides
• RF test tools: spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators
• Functional and system-level testing of complex systems
• Comfort with software-in-test: flight software loading, automation, scripting
• Read RF schematics and test procedures; ECSS/NASA-STD knowledge
