📋 Description

Design, simulate and model RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits and systems
Derive specs for RFIC subsystems and circuits
Develop analog/mixed-signal/RF/microwave circuits in SiGe or CMOS
Collaborate to partition hardware and software functions
Perform IC floor planning and layout
Characterize prototypes and full radio performance

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer engineering or CS
2+ years RF IC experience
Master's degree or PhD in EE/CE with RF/Analog emphasis (preferred)
Experience with Spectre, ADS, HFSS or Momentum
RF/microwave design knowledge in Ku/Ka bands
Familiarity with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, VNAs)
