RFIC Layout Designer (RFIC Engineering)

📋 Description

• Lead RFIC layout discipline on multiple silicon projects.
• Collaborate with RFIC/mixed-signal designers on full-chip layouts.
• Plan floor plans, power/ground routing, and pad locations with packaging.
• Estimate layout schedules and flag complex areas early.
• Layout RF/analog blocks with matching and minimized parasitics.
• Perform DRC/LVS checks and finalize tape-out with GDS sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in electrical or computer engineering with 1+ years IC layout, or 3+ years experience.
• Strong analog layout skills.
• Advanced-node layouts 22nm/16nm/7nm/5nm or below.
• RF block layout experience (LNA, VCO, mixers).
• Scripting: Python/Perl/Shell; Linux; version control.
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends to meet milestones.
