RFIC Layout Designer (Starshield Silicon)

📋 Description

• Work with IC designers and chip leads to plan floor layout, power/ground, and pad locations.
• Estimate layout schedule and identify complex areas early.
• Layout RF and analog blocks with attention to matching and parasitics.
• Perform DRC, ERC, LVS checks and resolve layout errors.
• Top-level layout integration with ESD structures and pad assembly; final tape-out and GDS sharing.
• Collaborate with EDA vendors to trial new tools and features.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering, or 3+ years IC layout experience.
• 1+ years of professional IC layout designer experience.
• Strong analog layout skills.
• Experience with advanced nodes 16nm, 7nm, 5nm or below.
• Layout of circuits up to 50GHz.
• Linux experience and scripting with Perl/Python or similar.
