📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end RFP and RFI response process, from intake and qualification through
• Review RFP, bid, and questionnaire requirements and coordinate fulfillment of all requested
• Manage response timelines, coordinate contributors across functions, track deliverables, and ensure
• Draft, edit, proofread, and tailor persuasive responses that clearly communicate product
• Maintain and continuously improve a centralized RFP content library, including reusable
• Partner with Sales and Account teams to align proposals with customer requirements, strategic

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in proposal writing, RFP management, bid coordination, or a related
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience responding to enterprise-level RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and business-friendly language.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced
• Strong project management, coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
