📋 Description

  • Oversee development of proposals/bids for NA public sector clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely content.
  • Write, edit and proofread proposal content to support responses.
  • Assist with content library and knowledge management.
  • Identify enhancements to Geotab products based on inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-8 years in RFP management or government bid proposals.
  • Experience directly supporting a sales organization.
  • Experience managing a library of information for easy access.
  • Experience in a technical/engineering environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and written communication.
  • Proficiency with CRM/proposal tools (Salesforce, Jira, Loopio).
