RFQ Specialist

📋 Description

• Identify, contact, and build relationships with potential suppliers
• Collect, analyze, and compare supplier quotations based on client-specific requirements
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve the best value for the company
• Prepare and present clear and complete RFQ documents and pricing proposals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of RFQ activities and supplier communications
• Collaborate with Sales, Sourcing, and other departments to ensure effective cross-functional

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and spoken English at B2/C1 level; additional language skills are a plus
• Prior experience in RFQ, procurement, or order management is required
• Experience in the metalworking or on-demand manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
• Proficiency with ERP systems and experience using transactional IT systems is preferred
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple RFQs simultaneously
