RHEL Linux Support Engineer (all gender)

📋 Description

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Linux-based R&D and customer workstation environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to RHEL, hardware, virtualization, networking and
• Analyze and drive resolution of customer and internal escalation cases ("Yellow Flag"
• Support software releases, platform updates and integration activities
• Work closely with R&D, platform and infrastructure teams to identify root causes and implement
• Maintain workstation configurations and ensure compliance with platform standards

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a
• Experience supporting large-scale Linux workstation environments
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management processes
• Experience with configuration management and automation tools
• Understanding of software development workflows and release processes
• Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
