📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of 5+ compliance representatives.
• Oversee BAU operations, verification sweeps, and queue management.
• Spearhead global compliance initiatives from HQ with cross functional teams.
• Drive automation to scale and streamline manual workflows.
• Harness data using Looker and Google Sheets to track KPIs and bottlenecks.
• Manage external and internal delivery partners such as TaskUs for quality and escalation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a compliance or regulated environment (fintech, insurance, or scale-up).
• Strong analytical capability with Google Sheets and Looker.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across international markets.
• Proactive problem solving and automation advocacy.
• Aspiring or experienced people manager for team development.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus.
