Rider Onboarding Associate - (6 Months FTC)

📋 Description

• Deliver in-person rider onboarding across UKI region.
• Lead onboarding sessions and support operations in Rider Onboarding Hubs.
• Secure hyper-local rider supply to maintain fleet availability.
• Manage seasonal demand with targeted supply plans.
• Optimise onboarding processes with cross-team collaboration.
• Enhance rider experience with Content & Engagement teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Operational experience in fast-paced environments (tech/start-ups, food delivery).
• Autonomy and adaptability; able to work solo and take initiative.
• Strong stakeholder communication and influence across teams.
• Valid UKI driving licence; willing to travel extensively.
• Nice to have: language skills in Portuguese or Arabic.
• Technical tooling: G Suite, Slack, Looker, Salesforce.
