Source and onboard riders to ensure supply
Manage seasonal demand with targeted plans
Optimise onboarding processes with cross-teams
Enhance rider experience with Content & Engagement

🎯 Requirements

Operational capability in fast-paced tech/startups or rider role
Autonomy and adaptability; self-starter; travel as needed
Stakeholder communication; influence internal teams
Logistical flexibility; valid UKI driving licence; travel extensively
Nice to have: Portuguese or Arabic language
Nice to have: G Suite, Slack, Looker, Salesforce
