📋 Description

• Deliver in-person rider onboarding across UKI.
• Lead face-to-face onboarding sessions and hub support.
• Target and resolve rider supply deficits in hard-to-source areas.
• Execute peak and seasonal demand plans.
• Improve onboarding processes and demand forecasting.
• Collaborate with Content & Engagement to enhance rider experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Operational capability in fast-paced environments (tech/startups) or rider.
• Autonomy and adaptability: self-starter who works solo.
• Stakeholder communication: empathetic listening and influencing.
• Logistical flexibility: valid UKI driving licence and travel willingness.
• Nice to have: language skills in Portuguese or Arabic.
• Nice to have: familiarity with G Suite, Slack, Looker, Salesforce.
