Right of Way Senior Project Analyst

📋 Description

• Oversee daily project workflows, including initial project kickoffs, performance metrics, and
• Coordinate multiple Right of Way projects, developing and updating project plans to monitor
• Work closely with Right of Way agents, customer outreach specialists, project managers, and senior
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders throughout project due diligence and construction
• Participate in Right of Way project planning alongside senior leadership, contributing operational
• Prepare project tracking reports, reconcile databases, and monitor schedules and budgets to ensure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in professional services, project
• Professional real estate license in the applicable state, or the ability to obtain one within 90
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong understanding of project coordination, workflow management, scheduling, and budget
• Basic knowledge of financial reports and performance metrics.
