Risk Adjustment Operations Senior Project Analyst

📋 Description

• Build and maintain project pacing trackers to monitor progress, milestones, timelines, and delivery
• Develop and manage multi-platform forecasting models to project workloads, volumes, timelines, and
• Partner with Finance to develop capacity planning models, determine headcount requirements, and
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Sigma, or comparable business intelligence
• Analyze vendor throughput and capacity against forecasted volumes, identifying discrepancies and
• Identify trends, bottlenecks, operational risks, and forecasting variances, recommending corrective

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or at least five years of equivalent experience in project analytics, business
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial or operational
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Power
• Demonstrated experience developing forecasting models and/or capacity planning models.
• Experience partnering with Finance or Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) teams on headcount
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
