📋 Description

• Lead risk advisory engagements in insurance (L&H, P&C, reinsurance)
• Manage engagement scope, budgets, staffing, timelines, and deliverables
• Advise clients on industry risks, regulatory changes, governance practices
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple concurrent projects
• Review assessments, findings, and reports for actionable insights
• Build trusted relationships with executives and senior leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, CRMA, or relevant credential.
• 7+ years of experience in risk advisory, internal audit, consulting, insurance, or related client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of Life & Health, Property & Casualty, and/or Reinsurance operations and risks.
• Experience leading initiatives involving risk management, SOX, governance, compliance, internal controls.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, competing priorities, budgets, teams, and client deliverables.
