📋 Description

• Review suspicious activity alerts from our monitoring tools.
• Perform ongoing due diligence on live customers.
• Own your caseload and investigations end-to-end.
• Communicate with merchants to mitigate risk.
• Educate merchants to help protect them from fraud.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in Transaction Monitoring.
• Background in KYC/AML is a plus.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building.
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Strong case-management and prioritisation.
• Team player who supports others.
• Looker/PowerBI/Tableau or SQL experience.
