🎯 Requirements

2-3+ years of underwriting experience in financial services, high-growth payments, or fintech
Strong critical reasoning, problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Familiar with fundamentals of financial risk assessment
Familiar with the U.S. compliance, lending & regulatory environment (KYC, Reg B, Reg Z, UDAAP
