Risk Analyst (Digital Workplace)

📋 Description

• Partner with business and technology teams to document end-to-end processes, procedures, risks
• Coordinate GRC-related projects, remediation initiatives, deliverables, dependencies, milestones
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, interviews, and working sessions to identify process
• Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, control narratives, risk assessments
• Assist in designing new preventive and detective controls and enhancing existing controls to
• Monitor action plans, issues, dependencies, and remediation activities while helping stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, with substantial experience supporting Governance, Risk, and
• Demonstrated ability to partner with business and technology teams to identify, document, evaluate
• Strong experience creating process flows, procedures, risk assessments, control inventories
• Solid understanding of operational risk management concepts and experience developing, documenting
• Knowledge of established control frameworks and standards such as COSO, SOX, Operational Risk
• Strong project management and coordination skills, including the ability to track deliverables
