Risk and Compliance Specialist - Global Trade

📋 Description

• Manage the submission of U.S. government trade controls and customs registrations, authorizations
• Provide regulatory guidance to business and product teams on ITAR/EAR implementation, support the
• Triage and respond to potential export control incidents and sanctions issues, including
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments on third-party entities (customers, counterparties
• Support cross-functional legal and compliance risk initiatives spanning export controls, sanctions

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience on a ITAR/EAR compliance team, including experience leading a function or
• Prior experience in a trade compliance role for a U.S. defense contractor and/or SaaS company with
• Demonstrated experience conducting KYC or third-party due diligence in a high-volume, fast-paced
• Proficient in DECCS, SNAP-R, ACE, and third-party compliance screening software.
• At least 3 years of experience working on a risk or compliance team.
