Risk Associate with French

📋 Description

• Maintain agreed service levels for the respective label(s)
• Communicate with players on account-related issues, resolving problems and ensuring high levels of
• Ensure we are compliant with the GDPR and all market-specific regulatory requirements
• Assist AFC, CDD, Player Protection and other Teams around KYC and Fraud/Risk issues
• Create SENs when translation and document clarification are needed, and participate in the process
• Handle customer documents as part of the KYC or risk prevention flow

🎯 Requirements

• Sound knowledge of Risk aspects including Online Payments or Financial Services
• Ability to identify subtle fraud and abuse patterns
• Experience with fraud analysis and investigations
• Fluent in English and French (business level)
