Communicate with players on account issues, ensuring high levels of customer care
Analyse customer deposits and accounts to prevent fraud and resolve problems
Analyse records of Affiliate accounts for irregularities
Suggest improvements to procedures for fraud prevention and customer care
Investigate financial irregularities on accounts; coordinate with other teams
Investigate risk issues relating to third-party processors

🎯 Requirements

Sound knowledge of risk work including Online Payments or Financial Services
Fluent English and Italian at business level
Identify subtle fraud and abuse patterns
Good command of Microsoft Office tools
Logical reasoning with an analytical approach
Decision-making and problem solving skills
