Risk Assurance Manager

📋 Description

• 2LOD assurance reviews across conduct, financial crime, IT, financial and prudential risks.
• Plan, coordinate and execute risk assurance activities.
• Conduct thematic reviews for designated risk areas.
• Identify remediation areas and track progress to completion.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand products and risk profiles.
• Contribute to annual risk assurance planning with regulatory horizon scanning.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in risk assurance, internal audit, or risk management in banking or fintech
• Proven ability to plan and execute diverse assurance activities and root-cause analysis.
• Experience leading reviews across ICT, financial/prudential, fraud and financial crime, operational
• Deep understanding of risk and control frameworks (COSO, ISO) and 2LOD oversight.
• Hands-on identification and testing of risks and controls with attention to weaknesses.
• Track record of identifying gaps and recommending practical improvements.
