📋 Description

• Map and diagnose compliance and operational processes end to end
• Lead design and implementation of improved frameworks and data requirements
• Identify practical AI and automation use cases to reduce risk or improve efficiency
• Lead client engagements onsite and remotely; deliver high-quality workstreams
• Manage timelines and coordinate cross-functional activities for project delivery
• Engage with stakeholders and present AI-enabled process improvements to senior leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Finance, Business, Math, or related field
• 4-7 years of client-facing management consulting experience
• Experience delivering risk, compliance, or regulatory initiatives
• Practical experience applying AI/tools to compliance or risk workflows
• Strong understanding of tech/fintech regulated environments
• Proven ability to build client relationships and communicate clearly
