📋 Description

• Manage risk assessment and control for crypto wealth products.
• Conduct risk due diligence on external DeFi protocols (Aave, Curve, EigenLayer).
• Establish pre-launch risk reviews; deliver risk reports and mitigation plans.
• Build/maintain risk monitoring models and early-warning indicators.
• Identify asset-liability risks; set redemption limits and circuit breakers.
• Monitor on-chain activity to detect manipulation or attacks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 5+ years of risk control experience in financial institutions or crypto firms.
• Strong crypto yield rules knowledge and DeFi protocol design; proficient with on-chain analytics.
• Proficient with on-chain tools (Etherscan, Dune, Nansen) and risk methods (VaR/Monte Carlo); Python/SQL for data analysis.
• Strong risk awareness, rigorous logic, and quick decision-making in volatile markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Chinese and English.
• Nice to Have: FRM, CFA or equivalent risk/finance certifications.
