Risk & Disputes Intern

📋 Description

• Investigate disputed credit card, debit card, and ACH transactions and determine appropriate
• Review individual transactions using internal policies, procedures, and investigation methodologies
• Analyze account and transaction data to understand behavioral patterns and support accurate case
• Collaborate with fraud, disputes, and other relevant teams to determine the appropriate resolution
• Work with analysts, operations specialists, data scientists, and engineering teams to identify
• Maintain strong knowledge of fraud risks, prevention techniques, payment disputes, and relevant

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and available to work full-time during the internship.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate information and make
• Comfortable working with data and making meaningful decisions in a fast-paced environment where
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases, priorities, and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good business judgment and the ability to communicate findings, decisions, and recommendations

🎁 Benefits

• Compensation: $800 USD per month.
• Employment type: Paid, full-time independent contractor internship.
