Lead risk management

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in retail energy, energy trading, and risk management
Strong knowledge of energy markets (NYISO, ERCOT, PJM, ISO-NE)
Strong data analytics skills
Automation mindset and attention to detail
Ability to deliver in a fast-paced startup

Base salary $140,000 - $170,000 plus equity
