🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Insurance, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in insurance, risk management, renewable energy
• Demonstrated experience managing complex insurance programs, coverage structures, and claims
• Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance concepts, policy structures, exclusions
• Proven experience working with insurance brokers, carriers, lenders, and legal teams.
• Strong analytical, financial, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
