📋 Description

• Review TMS cases against QA rubrics and SAR sampling.
• Lead calibration sessions and analyst support for complex procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis and translate findings into improvements.
• Partner with second line of defense and respond to audit findings.
• Build weekly metrics, dashboards, and trend analyses for leadership.
• Train new joiners and provide structured feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in QA/QC/audit or financial crime investigations in regulated fintech.
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML laws and risk-based review of complex investigations.
• ACAMS certification or equivalent AML qualification.
• Experience producing compliance metrics and dashboards; proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint.
• Track record presenting QA findings and recommendations to senior leaders across regions.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow.
