📋 Description

• Review TMS investigations for AML/CFT QA.
• Lead calibration sessions and analyst support.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose process updates.
• Partner with second line of defense on findings.
• Build and present weekly metrics and dashboards.
• Train new joiners and provide structured feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in QA/quality control, audit, or financial crime investigations.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML laws; apply risk-based judgment.
• ACAMS certification or equivalent AML qualification.
• Experience producing compliance metrics and dashboards (Google Sheets/Excel).
• Present QA findings to senior compliance and operations leaders across regions.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.
