Work with users and GTM to validate docs and assess supportability.
Investigate high-risk accounts to identify and mitigate fraud and risk.
Identify gaps in systems/policies; recommend enhancements to mitigate risks.
Lead cross-functional projects to improve risk detection and actions.
Investigate and remediate incidents related to fraud, compliance, or supportability.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of experience conducting complex risk investigations.
At least 1 year leading risk projects with cross-functional collaboration.
Experience using data to propose solutions to tactical and strategic problems.
Creative, team-oriented with strong problem solving.
Willingness to challenge status quo and propose improvements.
Professional fluency in Mandarin; written and verbal.
