Risk Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Handle frontline fraud decisioning to support business needs
• Manage escalations related to risk decisioning with cross-functional teams
• Complete Zendesk tickets and communications for end users and live payments
• Communicate with customers by phone on account recovery efforts
• Contribute to projects and drive new initiatives with the team
• Experience working on a global team

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in risk, customer experience or payment ops in fintech
• 1+ years experience with Zendesk
• Available to work 9am–6pm EST, Mon–Fri
• Able to come to the office 3x a week for collaboration
• Experience maintaining personal and team KPIs for capacity and quality
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
