🎯 Requirements

10+ years experience in risk-related role at bank or fintech with experience in payment products
Deep knowledge of bank payment schemes and networks (FPS, BACS, SEPA, ACH and local equivalents)
Deep knowledge of risk and compliance issues
Ability to represent Stripe on risk, compliance, and product issues with banking partners
Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
Curiosity and partnership mindset focused on process improvement
