🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Financial Services, Payments, or FinTech.
Familiar with KYC/KYB, AML, OFAC, and fraud risk.
Experience in risk, compliance, legal, or consulting.
Experience developing risk strategies with cross-functional teams.
Distill complex regulatory issues into clear guidance.
Strong stakeholder management across product, engineering, data science, and operations.
