RMS Architect

📋 Description

• Leverage specialized knowledge in Records Management System (RMS) products and workflows to
• Operate in a consultative capacity, ensuring product features, workflows, and technical
• Oversee the configuration and business process analysis across the full spectrum of public safety
• Train agencies on best practices with the Mark43 RMS product suite, guiding change management and
• Establish processes to deliver RMS workstream best practices across all Mark43 customers and
• Help oversee end-to-end testing of RMS workstreams, integrations, and hardware components.

🎯 Requirements

• At least two to five (2 to 5) years of experience working as a product consultant or public safety
• Willing to be hands-on during planning and delivery.
• Experience developing, communicating, and training on workflows and best practices.
• Skilled communicator and can create buy-in across diverse groups of users and lead change
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Embrace technology and can quickly learn new features and determine how they can benefit various
