📋 Description

• Lead hospice care team; supervise and mentor staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in health field.
• 3+ years RN experience; hospice required.
• 1+ year supervisory/management in hospice.
• Active RN license; BLS certification.
• Medicare COP knowledge; HIPAA awareness.
• Proficient with EMR, Outlook, Word, Excel.
