📋 Description

• Review clinical documentation completed by field nurses for accuracy and completeness.
• Track submission status and follow up on outstanding records.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and NYSDOH requirements.
• Collaborate with field clinicians and leadership to process records.
• Perform occasional field visits to support operations.
• Act as QA resource to ensure timely, accurate records.

🎯 Requirements

• Active and unrestricted New York State RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of home care experience.
• Proficient with electronic medical records (e.g., Medflyt).
• Strong documentation, QA, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of NYS DOH requirements and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
