RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor field staff (RNs, LPNs, HHAs).
• Manage clinical oversight: cases, assessments, POC updates.
• In-home supervisory visits and rotating telehealth/on-call schedule.
• Collaborate with Director of Clinical Services and cross-functional teams.
• Advocate for patients; document progress and manage supply inventories.
• Ensure safety and quality of care; educate families.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Licensure: Active MI RN license.
• Experience: 1+ year nursing experience.
• Tech Savvy: Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite proficiency.
