• Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence in service delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Ohio.
• 1+ year leadership/management experience in hospice or home health.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Progressive hospice leadership experience.
• Knowledge of hospice operations, regulatory requirements, and reimbursement.
