RN Field Supervisor, Pediatric Home Care

📋 Description

• Lead and supervise a clinical team delivering pediatric home care services
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and patient assignments
• Develop individualized care plans with physicians and families
• Conduct supervisory home visits to ensure adherence to plans and standards
• Monitor documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance (CMS, etc.)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for care coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid state license
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
• Experience in supervision or nurse management a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel locally for home visits and supervision
• Trach/vent experience or willingness to learn
