RN - Infant Nurse

📋 Description

• Overnight shift caring for an infant with tracheostomy and ventilation in home setting
• Provide hospital-level high-acuity care in patient home with BAYADA Home Health
• Deliver one-to-one care to the infant client in Bensalem, PA with family support
• Follow established care plan and document changes per physician orders
• Travel to client location on a schedule you choose
• Support family education and care continuity while maintaining autonomy

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from accredited nursing program; current nursing license in good standing (state)
• Current Pediatric nursing licensure and relevant clinical experience
• Able to perform assessments, monitor conditions, and respond to changes
• Strong documentation and communication with Clinical Manager and physician
• Private duty RN with pediatric home health experience preferred
• Knowledge of tracheostomy and ventilator care a plus
