📋 Description

• Travel to patients' homes; manage care plans per physicians.
• Review meds and vital signs; complete evaluations.
• Administer prescribed meds or protocols (ventilator).
• Dress wounds; assess healing progress.
• Educate patients and families on home health care procedures.
• Coordinate with physicians and therapists in the care team.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of nursing experience (preferred but not required).
• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Team player with strong collaboration.
• High attention to detail and reliability.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently.
• Excellent observation, problem-solving, and communication.
