🎯 Requirements

Current RN license in Minnesota in good standing
3+ years hands-on RN or LPN experience; home care preferred
At least 1 year in nursing management or pediatric nursing
BSN or MSN preferred
Trach/vent/tube experience in home health; teaching ability
Strong clinical assessment, organizational skills; supervisory experience preferred
