📋 Description

• Lead and mentor field staff delivering high-quality client care.
• Serve as internal case manager and client advocate; coordinate care and care plans.
• Oversee service quality, including clinical documentation and KPIs.
• Match clinicians to clients, ensuring individualized, up-to-date care plans.
• Provide clinical oversight: hiring, competency, performance reviews, and staff education.
• Collaborate with office leadership to launch programs and training.

🎯 Requirements

• Active HI RN license in good standing (BSN or MS preferred; required where state regulations apply).
• At least 2 years in home health or community health nursing.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of achieving goals.
