RN Nurse Manager - Pediatrics

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor RNs, RN Designees, LPNs, and home health staff
• Provide clinical leadership for complex cases and urgent situations
• Oversee initial patient assessments and develop care plans
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, schools, and families
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of nursing staff
• Promote infection control, medication safety, and patient education

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN license in Delaware (required)
• 2+ years RN experience (home care or pediatrics preferred)
• Trach and vent experience or strong willingness to learn
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
• Willingness to travel locally for supervisory visits (virtual visits possible)
