Provide high-quality pediatric home health care to clients in the Philadelphia area
Deliver care with compassion, excellence, and reliability in the home setting
Follow physician orders and document responses and client milestones
Build and maintain client relationships and monitor client progress
Travel to client homes on a schedule you choose
Support private duty nursing needs with autonomy and one-on-one care

🎯 Requirements

Graduation from an accredited nursing program
A current RN license in good standing in the state
1 year of nursing experience preferred, pediatric/home health a plus
BiPAP/trach/ventilator/G-tube experience a plus for pediatric clients
Ability to work weekend day shifts for pediatric clients
Basic clinical skills and ability to document care accurately
