RN Pediatric Nurse Manager

📋 Description

• Lead RNs, LPNs, and field staff to deliver compassionate care.
• Oversee daily clinical operations, patient assignments, and caseload.
• Conduct initial assessments and home safety evals; develop care plans with physicians.
• Conduct supervisory home visits to ensure adherence to care plans and standards.
• Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance (CMS).
• Lead evaluations and staff development for nursing personnel.

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license (required)
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
• Clinical supervision or nurse management experience a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel locally for home visits and supervisory duties
• Trach/vent experience or interest in learning
